We decided not to do a getaway, because Olivia had a fever that she could not break, so we just did a night on the town in Grand Rapids, it was a blast. We went downtown and parked at the Amway (Valet Parking). We walked around the hotel and also down by the river. I am so annoyed I have no pictues, I left my camera in the car, we only have pictures of before hand. We had the best dinner, in the fancy 1913 room. Five star restaurant. It was amazing. We had a bottle of wine and they brought us complimentary champagne becasue we told them it was our anniversary. We also ordered the forbidden apple for desert and it was brought out with a plaque made out of almond paste that said Happy Anniversary. Wow. It was so nice. Of course we were all dressed up and Dan looked so nice. Love my man in a suit. After dinner we walked Downtown a little and got a carraige ride all around town for a half hour. So fun! Then we found music and Dancing at the Rosa Park circle so we thought we were go do a little dancing. How much fun.

Yay, your anniversary evening sounded AMAZING! Wish you could have taken a pic of your dessert...sounds interesting! Happy Anniversary, so glad you guys got to spend a lovely evening together.
